Before every ride, your guide provides a full safety and control briefing so you'll feel comfortable and confident from the very first minute. Experienced riders are equally welcome on more challenging routes.
We recommend comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dusty — long trousers and closed shoes are ideal. We provide helmets, goggles, and gloves. Sunscreen and sunglasses are a good idea. Scarves or bandanas can help with desert dust. Avoid loose or flowing clothing.
Yes, safety is our top priority. Every rider receives a thorough briefing before departure. All quads are regularly serviced. Full safety equipment (helmet, goggles, gloves) is provided. Our guides are trained in first aid and accompanied by a support vehicle. Our tours are fully insured.
Yes! Children aged 8 and above can join the Palmeraie tour as a passenger on an adult's quad. Children aged 12+ may ride their own small quad on easy terrain with direct guide supervision. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please mention the ages of children when booking.
Hotel pickup is included in the Agafay and Full Day VIP tours. For the Palmeraie Classic, pickup can be added for a small supplement (50 MAD). We collect from all hotels and riads in Marrakech medina and Gueliz. Please provide your hotel address at the time of booking.
Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Just send us a WhatsApp message. We understand travel plans change and we'll always do our best to reschedule your tour at no extra cost. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24h) may be subject to a 50% fee.
