Yes — hotel pickup is included in most tours. We collect you from your riad, hotel, or any agreed meeting point anywhere in Marrakech. For the basic 1-hour Palmeraie rides, pickup can be added for a small supplement. Please mention your hotel address when booking.
Yes, we accept same-day bookings subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for sunset tours and VIP packages which fill up quickly. For last-minute requests, contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We accept cash payment on the day of the tour — in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), Euros (€), or British Pounds (£). No upfront online payment is required. For group or VIP bookings, we may request a small deposit to secure the reservation — this will be discussed during the WhatsApp booking process.
